As you know, a couple weeks ago, Pathstone Foundation made the tough decision to cancel our in-person event. We also decided up bump up the date by two months in order to bring content that mattered as we weather through the COVID -19 pandemic together.
Thanks to previously committed sponsors, a GIFT MATCH and YOUR generous support, we have raised to date, $53,000 and counting!
Your compassion and generosity have reinforced my belief that, together, we can accomplish so much. With that in mind, I wanted to share with you what your gift and those of our community’s will allow us to do at Pathstone.
Crisis Hotline – In an average year, we typically receive 1,500 calls to our 24.7 Crisis & Support Line. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to close all 8 Pathstone Hear & Now Walk-In clinics across Niagara. We redirected those clients to call 1-800-263-4944 for support and added additional front line staff to the lines to meet the increased demand.
Walk In Clinic Services- Once we resume normal operations. Pathstone will be opening a 9th Walk-In Clinic in the City of Thorold. Funds will support all 9 locations across Niagara.
Now we can serve more kids & families – Because of your support, Pathstone can meet the mental health needs of our community. This year, we are on track to see well over 8,000 children and youth. That is a 10 per cent increase from the previous year.
And there is still time … We haven’t yet reached our Gift Match potential!
